Livnat is a member of the capital markets team and deals with IPO's, equity financing and a wide array of commercial transactions. Livnat also acts as company secretary to several of the firm's clients and also advises on all stages of corporate growth including the drafting of employee share schemes. Livnat read law at The Interdisciplinary Centre in Hertzliya, Law and Business School (LL.B., 2000; B.A. in Business Administration, 2000). and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002.
