Yoni handles a diverse array of corporate transactions in both Hebrew and English. Yoni specialises in securities work including the flotation of a number of companies on NASDAQ, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and the AIM in London. In addition, Yoni handles a number of private equity and other general commercial transactions including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Yoni was born and raised in New Zealand. Yoni read law at The Interdisciplinary Centre Hertzliya Law and Business School (LL.B., 2000; B.A. in Business Administration, 2000). and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001. Yoni speaks English and Hebrew |
