Rinat is a member of the firm's International Corporate practice group. Rinat works with corporate and private funds and provides legal advice to Israeli and multinational corporate clients. Rinat's work includes the drafting and negotiating of a broad range of commercial agreements and advising on related legal issues as well as representing clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share/asset purchase transactions and joint ventures. Prior to joining SHG, Rinat had worked as a corporate associate for three years in New York and interned at Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co. Rinat obtained her LL.B. and B.A. (accounting), magna cum laude, from the College of Management, Israel (2006) and her LL.M. cum laude from Duke University, U.S.A. (2008) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2007 and the New York Bar Association since 2009. Rinat speaks Hebrew and English |
