Noam is a member of the Capital Markets team and deals with IPO's, equity financing and a wide array of commercial transactions. Noam specializes in preliminary and secondary rounds of financing in Israel, and regularly advises public companies on securities law, corporate law, and commercial transactions. Noam read law at the Tel Aviv University (LL.B., 2002) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003. Noam speaks Hebrew and English. |
