Naomi deals with both Israeli and international public and private companies advising on a varied range of transactions, including AIM flotations, joint ventures, M&As, equity financings, commercial and licensing agreements and acts as company secretary for several of the firm's largest clients. Naomi trained at S. Horowitz & Co. where she was part of the international corporate team. Naomi read law at the University of London (LL.B (Hons) 1998) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2001. Naomi speaks English and Hebrew. |
