Menachem heads the employment department of the firm. He advises on all aspects of employment law including employer-employee relations, share incentive plans and collective bargaining agreements.
Menachem is an expert on the laws governing foreign workers in Israel. Menachem represents various clients in the labour courts and the High Court of Israel and also represents insurance companies in the collection process of provident fund amounts from employers. Menachem read law at Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law (LL.B., 1986) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1987. Menachem speaks Hebrew and Engllish |
