Irit is a senior associate whose primary area of work is advising on the legal aspects of private and government tenders.
Irit is also responsible for advising leading financial institutions, provident funds and insurance companies on fund investments and bond issuances. Irit's more general practice includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of complex commercial agreements. Irit studied at the University of Tel Aviv, (B.A., Psychology, 1982; LL.B., 1986) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1986. Irit speaks Hebrew and English |
