Eyal Eldan is a member of the firm's capital market team. Eyal specializes in commercial transactions, equity financing and M&A and regularly advises public companies on securities law, corporate law and general contracts. Eyal read law at The Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Hertzliya, Law and Business School (L.L.B with honors, 2007; B.A. with honors, in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, 2007) and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2008. Eyal speaks Hebrew and English. |
