Aliza Gabizon is a member of the firm's capital markets team. Aliza is also involved in advising on a broad spectrum of commercial transactions both in Israel and abroad, including flotations on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions and the drafting and negotiation of a large number of commercial agreements. Aliza read law at The Bar Ilan University (LL.B 2001), simultaneously doing a masters degree and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002. Aliza trained at Yossi Avraham & Co., Law Offices and worked at Chebkuk-Chazot law firm and Y. Shem Tov & Co., law firm Aliza speaks Hebrew and English |
